"Four-Layer Lemon Pie"
| Ingredients | | | | | ---LAYER--- | | | 1 1/2 | cup | flour | | | 1/2 | cup | vegetable oil | | | 2 | tablespoon | sugar, heaping | | | 5 | tablespoon | milk | | | | | ---LAYER--- | | | 8 | oz | cream cheese, softened | | | 4 | oz | whipped topping | | | 1 | cup | powdered sugar | | | | | ---LAYER--- | | | 6 | oz | instant lemon pudding mix | | | 3 | cup | milk | | | | | ---LAYER--- | | | 4 | oz | whipped topping | | | | | | Directions:
| LAYER 1: Mix all ingredients together and pat into a pie pan. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven until browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
LAYER 2: Beat together and pour into pie shell. Chill.
LAYER 3: Mix until thickened and pour on cream cheese layer. Chill.
LAYER 4: Cover pie with 4 oz. whipped topping.
Chill until serving time.
